Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Coffizo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The App

Coffizo is a personal coffee journal for cataloging beans, logging brews, tracking freshness and dialing in recipes. Core features are free. An optional one-time Coffizo Pro in-app purchase unlocks additional features. Coffizo has no subscriptions and currently displays no advertising.

Your Content

All content you create in the app - coffees, brews, presets, notes and settings - is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your own data, including keeping backups. We have no access to your content and cannot recover it if your device is lost, reset, or the app is uninstalled.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not disrupt, misuse or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

Coffizo Pro purchases

Coffizo Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Google Play. Prices are displayed by Google Play in your local currency before confirmation. Purchase restoration follows the Google account and Google Play policies used for the original purchase. Refund requests and statutory consumer rights are handled under applicable law and Google Play policies.

Third-Party Services

The app relies on Google Play for distribution and optional billing, and a public model host for downloading the optional on-device AI model. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved. Brewing suggestions are guidance only and results will vary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
